What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property you are offering and anything you tell us in an enquiry or WhatsApp message.
- For landlords who lease to us: proof of identity and ownership, bank details and, where the law requires it, information about the source of funds.
- Basic technical information when you visit our website, such as your device type and IP address, which our web host records in its server logs.

Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed: with companies in the Hills group, contractors, our software and email providers, insurers, professional advisers, and regulators or law enforcement where the law requires. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep most records for six years after our relationship ends. Anti-money laundering records are kept for five years after the end of the relationship, as the law requires. We delete or anonymise data when we no longer need it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
